At we use AustraliaTickles & Kisses xx we use Post satchels. We despatch standard orders weekly on Tuesdays and Thursday from Sydney metro. We only despatch orders once payment is finalised. Obviously, once despatched, we are reliant on Australia Post.
Standard Post
We use Australia Post Prepaid Parcel Post satchels as they are most cost effective method of getting our products to you. Exact postage cost will be advise on the invoice, however as a general guide you can fit up 2-3 dress or 5 smaller items e.g frilly Bums and singles in a 500gram satchel. We try to keep our postage costs to a minimum and charge a flat rate to anywhere in Australia of $7.50 for a 500gram satchel and $12.00 for a 3kg satchel including GST.
Delivery time depends on where you live. Australia Post has quoted the following normal delivery times, but these are obviously not guaranteed. All made to order purchases will have an advise deleivery time on the invoice as we need to time to make these before we can post.
- Sydney metro and regional – 1-2 business days
- Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide – 2-3 business days
- Other areas – 4-7 business days.
Express Post
We also offer an Express Post option for guaranteed next business day delivery on all standard orders to major metropolitan centres. All made to order purchases will have an advise deleivery time on the invoice as we need to time to make these before we can post.
Please note that not all postcodes in Australia are covered by the Express Post guarantee, for more details or to check your postcode please refer to the Australia Post website. Express post cost is $11.00 for 500g and $15.00 for 3kg.
Please Note: Express Post orders need to be made before 2pm on the day of dispatch. Any express post orders received after 2pm will be posted the following business day.
International Post
We also offer an International Post option for delivery to overseas customers. Please note that due to the prohibitive cost of international post we do not offer an exchange or refund service. so please choose sizes carefully. Cost will be advise on Invoice as it will depend on destination.
Refunds and Returns
We will refund or exchange any items that are fualty.
